Seeing a great Tenant today – makes us all smile in the Office when he comes around – we have his home sorted out and he is coming in to pay the security deposit today – first months rent will come next week and we will draw up the tenancy agreement with him then – its not always fun but housing a great tenant in a great home for a super landlord really makes my day!
