Sharon Holttum is joining lettings specialists Martin & Co Southend office as a lettings coordinator/ property management.
Sharron has a lot experience to bring forward to the business, she has worked previous in the lettings industry having worked for a couple of local agents and also as a legal secretary which involved all aspects of property law and administration.

Sharon will be joining a team of 8 staff. As a lettings coordinator/property management will be responsible for the management of front office, which includes dealing with face to face, telephone and e-mail enquiries. Also, updating the Martin & Co website, property visits and referencing.
