Huge Increase In Tenant registrations

This Week has been busy in the Office – with a surprising increase in Tenant enquiries – not just for the properties that we have but for a huge range of other types.

Particularly surprising perhaps has been the number on enquiries regarding relocations – from those needing a 2 bedroom place just for themselves and a partner to those looking at the upper end of the market for large detached houses.

So if you no someone who is perhaps moving away from Swindon and needs to sell – perhaps renting out the family home could be the answer – and who knows? maybe the new tenant will like it so much that he will want to buy it!
